Recipe(tried): Strawberry Banana Mango Smoothie

Beverages
My 4 1/2 year old daughter and I were at Whole Foods in Glendale California a few months ago where they made the best smoothies ever. Of course, Kelli just had to have one after sampling. Well this wonderful smoothie cost $4.25. I stood there and watched. The following is the recipe that was used and now we make the same wonderful drinks at home for cents.

Freeze 4 - 5 large strawberries and 1/2 banana in a vacu-seal or zip-loc baggie.
Either freeze some mange (or I buy it already frozen and in pieces at Trader Joes)

When its time to have your smoothie. Combine the frozen fruits with some fresh orange juice, apple juice or any other kind of juice that suits your fancy. Put all in a blender and let her whirl. We have tried this with many fruit combinations with much success.
