ISO: recipe for stuffed manicotti with ham and chicken

About 8-10 years ago I found a recipe in a magazine for stuffed manicotti, I think it was, with a white cream and/or cheese sauce. It had either ham or chicken or both. I let a friend borrow it to copy but never got it back. I think it was a recipe from an advertisement, maybe for cheese. Does anyone out there have this recipe?
