ISO: Recipes for pressure canning?

My husband wants me to start canning things that he can take to work for lunches. The obvious ideas are soups, but I'm also looking for any other "one can" type things. Most of the canning recipe books I have treat pressure canning recipes like an after thought and I'm lucky to get a tomato soup and vegetable soup recipe from them. Are there any websites or books that someone can recommend for pressure canning recipes?

Also, does anyone have any good canning recipes that use ground venison? We have a ton in the freezer and hunting season is coming. I'd like to can the ground venison from last year to free up some freezer space.
