ISO: Recipes for Turbo Cooker

Hi all. I recently purchased a Turbo cooker..but recieved NO recipes at all with it!! I have downloaded one or two from the Cooker website, but have gotten the run around when attempting to phone them and have them send me a set of the cards.
I really am at my wits end here, as I really want to use it, but am really unclear as to what to cook, and even how to prepare items.
Any help with recipe suggestions or anything would be appreciated.
