ISO: Recipes Tested for canning

Where would I go to have my recipes tested for canning. I have a recipe I would like to share, but because it has vegetables, eggs (I was told I could use egg beaters instead), milk, sugar, and butter. I am not too sure. I am very new to canning and would like to try it and not waste food or have my family get sick.
