Recipe(tried): Stewed Tomato Aspic

STEWED TOMATO ASPIC

2 (14 oz) cans diced tomatoes
1 cup water
4 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp distilled white vinegar
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
1/4 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1 (3 oz) box lemon flavored Jello

Mix all ingredients, except Jello, in a 2-qt saucepan. Bring to a boil.

Stir in jello. Mix well. Boil 1 minute.

Pour in 4 cup capacity mold, that has been coated with cooking spray and chill 4 hours.
