ISO: Red Lobster's Warm Chocolate Chip Lava Cookie

Looking for a copycat recipe or to find out where Red Lobster gets the warm chocolate chip lava cookies. My Mom asked the restaurant if she could buy them. She was told that they were frozen (that tells me that they buy them) and that they would have to charge her $6.95/each. Ouch!! No thanks.
