ISO: Regal 100% whole wheat bread 2 lb. recipe

HELP! I've lost my Regal breadmaker book and it has the recipe I need for 100% Whole Wheat Bread. I've found several recipe's listed from the Regal book. Can someone send me this one? Please, I'm desparate! It uses molasses, and wheat gluten as an option. I can't find anything similar anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
