ISO: Rhubarb coffee cake finished under the broiler?

Misc.
I'm looking for a rhubarb coffee cake recipe that is finished off under the broiler. It has a crunchy layer (not a streusel) on top. I believe that it's a combination of melted butter and sugar that is poured over the top of the cake and then put under the broiler. Does anyone have this recipe?
