ISO: rice pudding

Misc.

My mother used to make rice pudding using left over rice from the previous
ight's dinner. I am unable to find a recipe in any of my cookbooks or on the
internet using cooked rice. Does anyone out there have a recipe. I know she
used milk, eggs, rice, vanilla, etc. Thanking you in advance for your help.
