ISO: Rice (white) Pancakes with Raisins

Hello Everyone - I am searching for the recipe for Rice Pancakes made with regular white rice and includes raisins.
My Dad made this for me when I was a little girl. I'm not sure if it is something from German heritage or something he made as a cook in WWII, or perhaps he just concocted it on the fly.
