ISO: Ropa Vieja with Olives

I am looking for a recipe for Ropa Vieja, which I saw on the Ellen show recently. The best I can remember, it included onions, tomatoes, peppers (green bell peppers, I think), some kind of wine, either tomato sauce or paste, olive oil, and green olives.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I printed out several different versions from previous posts, but I am very interested to have the one with green olives, because I LOVE OLIVES!
