ISO: Roselyn Bakery Pecan Tea Cookies - question

I've tries to make these cookies two times from the Roselyn Bakeries cookbook I purchased at Kroger several years ago. They do not turn out correctly. I consider myself an experienced baker but have had no success. Any idea? Has anyone else try to make these tea cookies?
