ISO: Ruby Tuesday....Creole Fish with rice pilaf...

Does anyone have a recipe for Ruby Tuesday Creole Fish w/rice pilaf? I just had it Saturday and must know how to make it!It is broiled with lots of cajun seasonings and served on a bed of rice pilaf.Also anyone know how to make thier crab cakes?
