Recipe(tried): Freezing uncooked dumplings - Toni,Oklahoma

Yes, they freeze very well. I roll the dumplings, and layer them between sheets of saran wrap on a cookie sheet and freeze. After they are frozen, I put them in a zip lock. I like to make large batches, so I will have them on hand. I do not cut the dumplings, but roll them in sheets and break them in the boiling broth. Do not thaw before cooking.
