ISO: Ruths Chris Steak House Stuffed Chicken Breast

I've been trying to re-create the Ruth Chris's Steak house stuffed chicken breast with herb-cheese. I actually called them and they said that the stuffing is a mixture of cheddar cheese, cream cheese and herbs. The chicken is also basted and baked with a lemon butter. Anyone have anything close to this?
