ISO: School Cafeteria Spaghetti Recipe

I am looking for the receipe that schools had in the 70's for spaghetti. I have tried so many recipes but have not got it right yet. I went to 3 different schools in Butler Co. Ohio and they made the best spaghetti with little spices.
