ISO: school cafeteria surprise hamburgers (Texas)

I am looking for the recipe for the surprise hamburgers, the school served in the mid-seventies. it was like kolache dough with hamburger meat inside, but it had the best seasoning, I just loved them.need to find out how to make the dough to. thanks
