ISO: school lunch rolls

I am looking for a recipe for yeast rolls that were once baked in a small east texas school. the smell and taste were fantastic. Large rolls . Dont know if they were sour dough or not. I have yearned after them for years.I dont know if all schools have the same recipes for rolls?
