ISO: Seeking fudge receipe

Memory of recipie that's incomplete:
3-1/2 or 4-1/2 c. gran sugar
? tesp. margarine (butter)
2/3 c. evaporated milk
10 or 16 lg. marshmallows
6 oz. choc. chips
? vanilla
Don't know if this is every ingredient or not, but it's all I remember. Think it was on a can of evaporated milk I bought years ago. Only made an 8- or 9- inch pan. Thanks for any help.
