ISO: Shipping pasteles

Misc.
Looking to ship my pasteles to family and friends around the country. What is the best packaging method? I have perfected my recipes and receive many many request to ship them out. I started making pasteles con mami y abuelita and have added my experience in the culinary arts to making 15-20 20 dozen at a time. And they are the same everytime time. So I would like to share mine with friends and familia as my mami and abuelita did for many years.
Gracias,
