ISO: Shrimp and Grits

Misc.
My husband and I just returned from Charleston SC where a tour guide of ours suggested we try Shrimp and Grits. I fell in love with the dish! I have been looking through cookbooks for a similar recipe but have had no luck. Any ideas out there?
Thanks
