ISO: simac pastamatic pasta machine

Wr're considering buying an electric pasta machine. Have looked at the simac pastamatic from Italy (rather expensive) and the Farberware Pasta Pro (much more reasonable). Does anyone have experience with either of these machines, or can recommend another? Are they wonderful or not worth the money? I'd appreciate any feedback.
