Recipe: Stephanie's Polska Kielbasa Stir Fry

STEPHANIE'S POLSKA KIELBASA STIR FRY

2 cups fresh or frozen veggies (broccoli, carrots, celery, cauliflower, etc.)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
3 tablespoons butter or olive oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 pound smoked sausage or Polska kielbasa, in bite sized pieces
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Hot cooked noodles, buttered (for serving)

Stir fry the vegetables in butter until tender crisp.

Add sausage and herbs. Heat through. Stir in cheese.

Serve over hot buttered noodles with additional parmesan cheese.

Makes 4 servings
