ISO: Slavic donut with rasins and candied lemon peel
Misc. I want to surprise my friend who lived in Yugoslavia until he was 8. One of his aunts who moved to America too, used to make his favorite treat. He describes it as a fried donut with rasins and bits of candied lemon peel and it was deep fried and "puffy". Can anyone help me?
