ISO: Slippery Jacks and Bread & Butter Pickles

My aunt is looking for recipes out of the Kerr Canning Cookbook (my grandmother had this cookbook at one time)- the recipes we are trying to find are the Bread and Butter Pickles and the recipe for Slippery Jacks (Ripe Cucumbers?) I have been unable to even find a Kerr Canning Cookbook. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
