ISO: Sour cream sauce recipe (for chicken enchiladas)

I had a recipe for sour cream sauce for chicken enchiladas that had sour cream and cream of mushroom soup. I have misplaced this recipe, and can not remember what else this sauce had in it. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
