Recipe(tried): Chicken Enchiladas and Sauce

CHICKEN ENCHILADAS

5 cooked chicken breasts
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. grated Jack cheese
3 cans cream of chicken soup
3 bunches green onions,
chopped
2 small cans chopped green
chiles
2 c. sour cream
12 medium size tortillas

Bone and chop cooked chicken breasts into bite-size
pieces. Mix together 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, 3/4 cup Jack
cheese, soup, green onions, chiles and sour cream. Set aside 2
cups of this sauce to pour over filled tortillas and place them
in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Now pour the 2 cups of sauce that
was set aside over the top. Then sprinkle with remaining
cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Let stand 5
minutes before serving.
