ISO: South American Recipes

Misc.
I'm a high school student doing a project on tropical fruits from the South American Countries of Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. I need a dessert or beverage recipe to include with my report that uses a tropical fruit from one of these countries such as papaya, mango, guava, etc. I would appreciate any recipes you could offer.

My sincere thanks,
Nick
