Recipe(tried): Cebiche with Canned Tuna

Appetizers and Snacks
Hi ... I did get to make this today; it has a good balance of ingredients, I 'forgot' to add the darn olive oil, but it still has a nice flavor. It isn't true Seviche, but in a pinch is good. I found Haddock 'on sale' for $12.50 per pound, what a jolt to have it cost that much on sale... so, I came home and and put together the tuna recipe instead. I did use the Albacore White Tuna, and not the regular, thinking it might be too tunafishy in flavor.
I will make this again, in the future.
