ISO: Spanish Donuts

I am looking for a recipe from the "Windows of the World" restaurant. It is a Spanish Donut called two-n-o's (i'm sure that is not the way of spelling it but it I don't know the proper way). Good Morning America showed this donut on their program Sept. 27, 2002 but did not give the recipe. I would really appreciate any help you can give me. Thany you
