ISO: Springle cookies question
Misc.why do my springle cookies spread out while baking, they don't stay square, the insides spread out, i do not use butter just the eggs flour powdered sugar baking soda and anise oil, its like i am doing some thing wrong but don't know what it is,
we grew up on this cookie so i know its not supposed to spread out like mine do, my dad made them and they were always square and hard but very good,
