ISO: spritz cookie dough won't stick to sheet

Misc.
I have a La Patisserie cookie press and have never had success getting the cookies to stay on my baking sheet. I know not to use non-stick material or liner. Is my dough too cold? I love spritz cookies but can't seem to get it right. Advice, please??
