Recipe: Kedgeree by first lady Eleanor Roosevelt (using rice and cod, 1930's)

2 cups cooked rice
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 cups cooked, cold, flaked cod
1/2 cup cream
salt and pepper to taste
Combine ingredients and heat thoroughly in a double boiler.
Six servings.
