ISO: Star Trek recipes...

My husband needs to bring a dish for a work luncheon. The theme was "Around the World". For some STRANGE reason, the computer dept. needs to bring something related to Star Trek (don't ask!). I thought dessert would be the easiest way to go. Any other suggestions? I'm not much of a Trek fan. Thank you for your help.

p.s. Thank you to everyone that sent ideas to get out the orange dirt. The dishwasher detergent is harsh, but it works fairly well.
