ISO: Steamed Almond Cheesecake

I am looking for an Almond Cheesecake recipe I used almost 25 years ago. I remember it was baked in a pan of water and was flipped after baking was finished. I thought it was an old NY Times Cookbook recipe but have been unable to find. Please help. I need for the holidays.
