Thank you for pointing out the error. The oven temperature the recipe calls for is 300 degree F.

I *need* this NY Times / Craig Claiborne Hazelnut cheesecake recipe, but . . .

the recipe says oven temp is *important*. But it says "Preheat oven to degrees". Huh?

Someone left out the number! HELP!
