ISO: STEAMED HOBO DINNER

I have just been given one of those new kettle for deep frying a turkey and think I could use it for a dinner called a HOBO Dinner. It consists of layers of meat, potatoes, onions, carrots, corn on the cob and any thing else from the garden. What I would like to know is just how to do it. I have eaten this dinner about 20 years ago and it was terrific. I would appreciate any input and suggestions.
