ISO: Stuffed Shells with Ricotta Filling, Cream Sauce and Roasted Red Peppers

Years ago I found a recipe for Stuffed Shells on the back of a box of shells. It was the best recipe I've found because it was different from regular stuffed shells. My recipe was lost and I can't find the recipe anywhere.

If my memory is correct, the ingredients included a ricotta filling with a cream sauce with roasted red peppers. There were probably a few other important ingredients that I'm forgetting.
