ISO: Sugarless Applesauce Cake

Not long ago I found a good recipe for a sugarless applesauce cake, but now
have lost the site. I am a diabetic and use recipes that contain fruit or
sugar substitutes in dessert recipes. I have a friend who cooks diabetic
desserts for a nursing home too. Thanks to any help I can get
