ISO: Summer Brunch Menus/Recipes

My brother is getting married in a few weeks and I've offered to have Sunday brunch at my house (20-30 people). I could use some good ideas/menus/recipes for entrees that are easy to make and/or could be made ahead of time. Also, anything that doesn't require the oven would be great - the wedding is in July and I would rather not make my house any warmer! Thanks!
