ISO: Super Suppers Catalina Meatballs

I made the Catalina Meatballs at a local Super Suppers and they were great. Unfortunatley they haven't offered them again. I've tried other recipes but this one had orange marmalade and red and green bell peppers. If anyone has this please share! Thanks Ronda
