ISO: Sweet Cheese Ball

I have a neighbor that once served a wonderful cheese ball
at a neighborhood Christmas gathering. It was a very,very pale yellow
and sweet. The cheese was not a strong cheese so possible was cream
cheese with maybe a sweet butter. The usual ingredients were not present
ex: onions,peppers. SOOOO if anyone can help. She alas will not share
the recipe. It came from a catering friend of hers.
