ISO: Sweet Cheese ball
Misc. I was searching for a sweet cheese ball recipe that I remember from a neighbor years ago. I found this response to another ISO sweet cheese recipe.
However, the one my neighbor made was cooked and then the curds were strained through a cheese cloth. She tightened it into a cheese ball and once cooled, it was creamy but you sliced it. It was sweet (as a child I considered it a real treat) not herbed.
I would love to find this recipe.
