ISO: sweet kugel made with apples, carrots,potatoes and sweet potatoes

I'm looking for the complete recipe for a kugel which has carrots, apples, potatoes and sweet potatoes in. Quite a bit of spices and I don't remember the rest.
Does anyone know this one ... its delicious and I'd really like to find it.
