ISO: Taco Filling

Misc.
Does anyone have a recipe for the taco filling that is made with ground beef and is "loose" and doesn't seem to have any spicy taste? I have had this in several restaurant tacos and I love it!...tastes good and you can season to taste with taco sauce!
