Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
For example, "spicy" for me is hot or very hot. But certain flavors autoctonous to our cooking, as for example, paprika, mild chili, cumin, allspice, nutmeg & others, for my particular taste, are not spicy, but an everyday flavor that I will greatly miss is subjected to eat daily bland food.

In the Whats For Dinner Board I recently posted a recipe for PICADILLO. That one is my own recipe based on my mothers notes and several recipes.

There are other recipes in this Boards, posted by great cooks & friends. Just write Picadillo in the Search section and you will find plenty of recipes.

If still you are looking for something else I have a recipe for Picadillo, from NORA, a Washington DC's restauranteur, that is a delight & worth of keeping for future occasions. Just let me know.
