ISO: Taffy Apple Salad

Misc.
Salad includes sliced granny apples, peanuts, pinnaple chunks, marshallow sauce made with flour and egg white. I would think the marshallows are melted and the egg white is added with flour. This s a wonderful salad, like eating a taffy apple. Could also have a carmel extract. Thanks you all your help.
