I will try this one. The one I bought at our grocery deli was a creamy type marshallow sauce. I will work with this one as a starter. I was thinking that the egg could be the powered egg whites that Wilton uses in cakes. It lists all the ingredients on the container. Of course, they will not give out the recipe. Thanks again. Emily
