ISO: Taste of Home Egg Salad recipe using cream cheese

I am looking for an egg salad recipe that was in Taste of Home some years back. The recipe called for cream cheese and butter plus mayo in the recipe. Does anyone have this recipe?? The book has been thrown away here and I cannot remember it. It was the best tasting egg salad ever!
